We only offer exchanges or returns if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. If you would like to exchange or return a product purchased from www.aureafibrasnativas.com, please send us an email at info@aureafibrasnativas.com explaining the reason for the exchange or return. Don’t forget to include your name, phone number, and the purchase receipt. With this information, we will contact you to coordinate everything.

All in-stock products can be exchanged within a maximum of seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, or returned within a maximum of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt. The products must be in the same condition as when they were sent, unused, and with the original packaging and labels in good condition (boxes, plastic bags, labels, etc.).

Customized products (made-to-order rugs or rugs produced specifically at the customer’s request) cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are unable to visit our showroom, please send the product back in its original packaging along with your purchase details: Name, Order Number, Contact Phone Number, and Email Address.

Please inform us by email at info@aureafibrasnativas.com of the tracking number and transport company you are using to send the product.

For products purchased in Argentina with free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. For product returns, the refund (which will be credited back to the credit card or bank transfer) will be issued once we have received the item at our warehouse and verified that it is unused, in good condition, and retaining its original packaging and labels. For returns, the value paid for the product at the time of purchase will be taken into account, regardless of any price changes at the time of the exchange.

For international sales, all sales are final.

Important: Since our textiles are completely handmade, it is important to understand that there will always be differences from one to another or even from a sample to the final product. Each textile is special and unique. We do not offer returns or exchanges if the texture or color is slightly different from the selected sample. These differences are inherent to the type of textiles we make.

It is important to know that another element that makes our textiles unique is the variety of shades within each color. The colors are never flat, thanks to the effects of dyeing and hand-spinning or the use of undyed virgin wool. This will not be considered a defect; on the contrary.
