SHOPPING
Shopping at AFN is very easy. Click on Shop and choose the category of the product you are looking for. Select the product you are interested in. On the right you will see the following information: name, final price per unit, composition, measurements and available colors. Add the product with the Add to cart button. You can then continue shopping, or click on the View cart button and pay for what you selected to complete your purchase. Choose whether you want the order to be sent to your home or to the nearest post office branch. Fill in the details and press continue. Select the payment method: debit or credit card. Pay for the order.
Yes. You can remove unwanted items from the Shopping Cart , as long as you have not yet paid for the order.
PAYMENTS
Customers residing in Europe or the USA can pay by credit card through PayPal.
In Argentina, payments are made through MercadoPago. We offer interest-free installments with major credit cards.
We can make Invoice A or Final Consumer.

SHIPPING
Deliveries will be made within 5 to 7 days from the date the order is placed.
Times may vary depending on the type of product and the destination.
We ship worldwide. Orders can be received at the address you specify, or at the pick-up point of the nearest post office branch.
If you have chosen to pick up your order, we will send you an email once the order is ready. From that moment on, you will have 15 days to do so. It is necessary to present the purchase number and the document of the person who will pick it up. If the item arrives with any defect, write us an email at info@aureafibrasnativas.com indicating the problem and we will contact you to provide an immediate solution.
If you ever receive an item that you did not order by mistake, please contact us by emailing info@aureafibrasnativas.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.
