We only offer exchanges or returns if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you wish to exchange or return a product purchased at www.aureafibrasnativas.com, please send us an email at info@aureafibrasnativas.com explaining the reason for the exchange or return. Don't forget to include your name and phone number, along with the purchase receipt. With this information, we will contact you to coordinate everything.

All in-stock products can be exchanged within a maximum of seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, or returned within a maximum of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt. The products must be in the same condition as when they were sent, unused, and with the original packaging and labels in good condition (boxes, plastic bags, labels, etc.). Custom products (made-to-order rugs or rugs produced at the customer's request) cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you are unable to visit our showroom, please send the product back in its original packaging along with your purchase details: Name, Order Number, Contact Phone, and Email. Please inform us by email at info@aureafibrasnativas.com of the tracking number and the transport company you are using to send the product.

For products purchased in Argentina with free shipping, the cost of shipping for exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer. In the case of product returns, the refund (which will be issued via credit card or bank transfer) will be processed once we receive the product in our warehouse and verify that it is unused, in good condition, and retains its original packaging and labels. For returns, the refund will be based on the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase, regardless of whether the price has changed at the time of the exchange.

In the case of international sales, all sales are final.

Important: Since our textiles are completely handmade, it is important to understand that there will always be differences from one to another or even from a sample to the final product. Each textile is special and unique. We do not offer returns or exchanges if the texture or color is slightly different from the chosen sample. These differences are inherent to the type of textiles we produce. It is also important to note that another element that makes our textiles unique is the variety of shades within each color. Colors are never flat due to the effect of dyeing and hand-spinning or the use of undyed virgin wool. This will not be considered a defect, but rather the opposite.
