We only offer exchanges or returns if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

If you want to exchange or return a product purchased at www.aureafibrasnativas.com, send us an email to info@aureafibrasnativas.com telling us the reason why you would like to exchange or return it. Don't forget to include your name and phone number, and the purchase receipt.
With this information, we will contact you to coordinate everything.

All stock products may be exchanged within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, or returned within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt of the order.
The Products must be in the same condition in which they were sent, without having been used, and with the original packaging and labels in good condition (boxes, plastic bags, labels, etc.)

Customized products (custom designed rugs or rugs produced to order) cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you are unable to visit our showroom, please send us the product in its original packaging along with the purchase details: Name and Surname, Order Number, Contact Telephone Number and Email Address.

Please inform us by email at info@aureafibrasnativas.com the tracking number and transport company through which you are sending the product.
In the case of products purchased in Argentina with free shipping, the shipping cost for the exchange or return will be borne by the customer.

In the case of product returns, the payment refund (which will be reimbursed by credit card or bank transfer) will be issued once the product has been received at our warehouse, and when we have verified that it is unused, in good condition and retains its original packaging and labels.

For returns, the value paid for the product at the time of purchase will be taken into account, regardless of whether it has a different price at the time of exchange.

For international sales, all sales are final.

Important: Since our textiles are entirely handmade, it is important to know that there will always be differences from one to another or even from a sample to the final product. Each textile is special and unique. We do not offer returns or exchanges if the texture or color is slightly different from the chosen sample. These differences are inherent to the type of textiles we make.
It is important to know that another element that makes our textiles unique is the variety of shades within each colour. The colours are never flat thanks to the effect of hand dyeing and spinning or the use of undyed virgin wool. This will not be considered a defect but quite the opposite.
